CSDC Systems acknowledges the work of our users and the innovative ways in which they have implemented AMANDA into their organizations. The CSDC Systems Customer Innovation Award aims to recognize and celebrate the innovative and unique use of our solutions by our clients. |
Criteria
The CSDC Innovation Award recognizes the individuals and departments who have designed and implemented outstanding solutions using AMANDA. Such solutions have proven to be effective within the organization, and ideally transferable to other organizations. These innovative solutions can be related to technology or business improvements, for example:
Business Rule Development - How have your business rules lead to the automation of data entry, decision making, notifications, inspection scheduling etc.? Have your business rules and workflow helped to eliminate time consuming and complex tasks?
Innovative use of AMANDA Folders / Cases - Are you using AMANDA folders to automate new areas of business? What unique solutions were you able to solve by using the AMANDA folders?
Innovative use of AMANDA Architecture - Were you able to solve unique problems using AMANDA’s Folder-Property-People architecture? Did you use another component of the architecture to solve a business problem?
New or Existing AMANDA Development - Have you been involved in proposing and designing new modules for AMANDA? Were you responsible for further developing existing components/modules of AMANDA? How have these components/modules solved your functional problems?
Third Party Integration - Is AMANDA a standalone system in your organization or is it integrated with your financial, document management, ERP, GIS or other packages? What were the benefits of integrating AMANDA with other systems in your organization? What increased functionality were you able to gain due to this integration? How are these systems integrated with AMANDA?
Information Sharing with AMANDA - Is AMANDA's data being shared between different departments in your organization? Are various departments sharing and communicating using AMANDA’s workflow or electronic notifications? Are these departments integrated into each other’s workflow, where an action in one department triggers a workflow in another?
Improved Customer Service - How has AMANDA helped you increase your service to your citizens? Has AMANDA helped eliminate long waiting times, long lines, or long visits to the government office? Can your customers/citizens apply, check status, and make payments, request information online, via email or other electronic forms? Have you provided other unique information to your citizens with the help of AMANDA through mobile solutions?

All organizations that are currently using AMANDA may enter.

• A crystal award to display at their place of business
• Announcement on CSDC's website
• An electronic award icon to include on your organization’s collateral and website
• Photo of acceptance of the award

Finalists will Receive
