CTAC 2015 was a major success. From fostering professional relationships, to presenting many new features and functionalities to conference participants, the Training and Collaboration conference added tremendous value for all the attendees. Last year, the next generation of the AMANDA Permitting, Licensing and Compliance Platform was introduced, and attendees learned how they would be able to expedite content and methods of communication within a case/application.
One of the major highlights at every CTAC is the CSDC Annual Innovation Award, which is presented to recognize and appreciate unique customer successes and innovation. At CTAC 2015, the City of Surrey, BC was awarded in the technology category. Surrey was recognized for its implementation of the Traffic Obstruction Permit Road Booking System. Namely, the city uses AMANDA as a tool to manage and track the business flow of the city's traffic obstruction data. AMANDA has been configured to capture traffic obstruction permits, related road booking requests, among many other use cases. So be sure to come to CTAC 2016 at the Embassy Suites in Niagara Falls, Ontario to stay up to date with current developments in our platform, mind share with other attendees, and network with a wide array of tech experts. CSDC Systems is excited to introduce the AMANDA 7 Courts & Justice Solutions suite!
Our world, today, is more dynamic and demanding than ever and as a result, software solutions must be powerful, yet flexible. Our AMANDA 7 Courts & Justice Solutions truly stand out in this respect. Indeed, our newest solutions give you the capability to define the user experience to fit your specific needs while still providing the revolutionary performance that the AMANDA suite has always been known for. Nowhere is this more apparent than in the portfolio of new features that are integrated into the platform. For one, our new system gives you the ability to display information in real time. With AMANDA Analytics, an intuitive reporting and analytics tool, you can display specific reports or dash boards which automatically update to show current information. In addition, AMANDA 7 includes a new Auto Merge Document feature which will increase productivity for template generation by about 80-85% for current users of our JEMS platform. This increase is achieved by creating a list out of all the fields that would need to be merged into the document, thereby allowing you to select data fields rather than having to write your own SQL statements. But however remarkable, these features represent only the tip of the iceberg. The new AMANDA 7 Courts & Justice platform also includes a document transformation engine, maps integration, and an e-Filing portal just to name a few. Beyond the awe-inspiring beauty of Niagara Falls, lies the Niagara Peninsula, Canada’s most productive wine-growing region. Though Niagara is perhaps most famous for its world-renowned Ice-Wines, the region’s traditional varietals are getting global recognition. On the forefront of this is Trius Vineyard, pioneering their unique expressions of old-world varietals in new-world terroir. We invite you to an exclusive opportunity to experience Trius during in the heart of harvest season during the CTAC conference on September 26th. The Certification Schedule is as follows: CSDC Systems is excited to announce the rollout of the new AMANDA FOIA&ATIP(TM) solution for Freedom and Access to Information Offices!
Today's citizen expects instant access to any information. Accordingly, it’s no surprise that the number of Freedom of Information (FOIA) or Access to Information (ATIP) requests have surged. The increase in requests has not been met with a corresponding increase in staff to handle them, and the result is a chronic backlog of requests in FOIA and ATIP offices throughout North America. The new AMANDA FOIA&ATIP suite gives FOIA and ATIP offices the ability to leverage existing resources by automating and streamlining requests from the moment they are submitted, through to their completion. AMANDA FOIA&ATIP has the tools to handle submission and payment from the public, case management, redaction, and reporting. AMANDA FOIA&ATIP empowers managers to delegate and track their case-load, and easily produce custom reports. AMANDA FOIA&ATIP is web-based and (optionally) hosted, dramatically reducing costs and time spent on maintenance and support, and ultimately freeing up IT resources for other tasks. The software gives users the tools to track their individual caseload, expedite the redaction process, and manage tight timelines. The new AMANDA FOIA&ATIP suite allows FOIA and ATIP offices to clear backlog, get ahead of the rising trend in requests, and set a precedent for better efficiency and practices within their organizations.
